Momentum Day is a planning, implementation, and accountability session for service-based business owners, professionals, directors, and leaders who are ready to navigate their own course and move forward with intention.
Working in your business and working on your business are two distinct areas of your work. You need to nurture both root and branch to keep your systems healthy.
As a business owner myself, with over 25 years of industry experience, I understand the pressure to get everything done, the constant planning, time and distraction management, and the dilemmas associated with delegating or outsourcing.
It’s tempting to focus on low value tasks, procrastinate, move tasks to the next day, week, or month, promising you’ll take it home and finish it later but the lack of accountability adds to your overwhelm.
Taking the plunge might offer the freedom to pursue all your own ideas but the reality of undertaking all the tasks presents endless challenges that means you often struggle to start or finish things.
The stress associated with business ownership and management can also impact other areas of your life such as your health and relationships.

We have a simple process to follow
Discovery session
Our discovery session is an information gathering event to establish your current terrain, ideal focus, and desired destination.
We can map out your business ecosystem, talk about perceived bottlenecks and problem areas, address frustrations and overwhelm.
You’ll leave with a summary developed by you, for you.
This is also available as a stand-alone session, payable in advance, the fee for which is refunded via your first Momentum Day session when booked within 28 days of your discovery session.
Momentum Day
This is your protected time and space to be bold, do your work, and embrace your journey
A monthly half-day session (3 hours) to include check in, objective refresh, progress review, and address challenges you would like to work on.
A brief section of the session will be dedicated to completing one of the tasks you have identified as important to your business progression.
You’ll leave with a summary and activity plan developed by you, for you, knowing you’ve already made a start to keep momentum going.
Monthly sessions are bookable and payable in advance.
